Hosted by the Fairmont Royal York, the Unforgettable Dinner has become a tradition of the Canadian Safe School Network (CSSN) in their work toward eliminating bullying and violence in Canadian classrooms and communities. The CSSN is a charitable organization with a mandate to reduce youth violence and make our schools and communities safer.

The menu for the dinner is specially created by the Fairmont Royal York for guests of The Canadian Safe School Network.
This year, Executive Chef Collin Thornton will design and develop a five-course menu that will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
Chef Thornton, an Ontario native, is a veteran of the Fairmont experience, having served at Alberta’s Hotel McDonald, the Chateau Laurier, the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, the Fairmont Orchid in Hawaii and now as Executive Chef of the largest hotel kitchen in Canada.
